- Can you bid from a set of plans?
- Yes. Send the plans and fixture schedule and we'll return a written bid by phase. We're happy to suggest changes that save money or headaches before the slab is poured.
- Who pulls the permit and schedules inspections?
- We do. We hold a Kentucky Master Plumber license (M638803), pull the state plumbing permit and meet each inspector on site.
- Do you work with owner-builders?
- Yes. If you're acting as your own general contractor we'll walk you through what needs to happen at each phase and coordinate with your framer, HVAC and electrician.
